CommYield was built around a simple idea: a business that earns, and a community that votes on where a portion of that goes. Not another app. Not another subscription. A structure.
The model is straightforward. Pool influence and capital, remove the gatekeepers, and let the people who show up help direct the outcome. A portion of every purchase funds philanthropy, and the community votes on where that support goes.
We are not a charity. We are a mission brand with giving built into how we operate, not added on afterward.
We are early. The systems are being built in public. The numbers are small. But the architecture is right, and we are moving.
We are not waiting for scale to do good. We are building the machine and running it at the same time.
A self-sufficient, sustainable, self-funding model around assets that produce an ongoing, residual yield. That yield purchases land, businesses, and assets to support the community: grocery stores, farms, trucking companies, infrastructure. As our portfolios and assets grow, so does the yield on those assets, and so does our capacity to give. Our members and community will have a voice and vote on where we direct our yield and support.
We're in the building stage. We're bootstrapping: producing products that are efficient to make, building brand awareness, and building our community, with the goal of generating revenue to fund the mission and our future goals. What's next is a smaller version of what CommYield intends to be: a growing community, the next phase of product lines supporting the mission, and giving back early with giveaways to support our members and community, open to anyone following along, alongside giveaways to help grow CommYield and help new people discover it. A bigger presence on social media, the next step in brand awareness, and the first assets that produce yield. Beginning our philanthropy with support to communities wherever it is needed, voted on by the community.
A sustainable fund model that can shape and influence globally how support is given within communities. A fund that can keep growing, increasing its impact and what it can give away, without requiring the community to keep supporting it. As our assets compound, so does our ability to provide impact. Members help direct what support they and their communities require, focused on sustainable growth, growth that keeps on giving.
